Terms

1. Any item purchased from Lostasia.com may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the sale. The item must be in identical condition to when it was received. To obtain a refund, contact us.
2. All products are sold with the condition that they may not be resold online.
3. All artwork sold from Lostasia.com may differ slightly from those shown in the product catalogs.
4. The colors of the artwork displayed on Lostasia.com may not be identical to the original works due to deficiencies in the process of taking photographs and displaying them in digital format on our website.
5. If an item is not in stock, it will have to be constructed. This usually will take approximately three to four business days, but it can take up to two weeks in extreme cases.
6. We send all international orders $100 or over with 3-4 day EMS registered air shipping. All orders under $100 using 7-10 day express air mail. We ship directly from Thailand and recently, due to new security restrictions on foreign mail entering the US, a small percentage of packages have been delayed by as much as 14 additional days. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this unavoidable circumstance may cause you.
